In operation since 1977, our reputation for excellence has come from providing Companies and Individuals with an outstanding recruitment service to suit their every need. You will find us to be good listeners, helpful, and impartial. When you register with us, we will need your assistance to help you and our friendly staff will guide you through the process. We offer you two main services - both of them are FREE of CHARGE to you. Travail's Permanent Employment service, where we introduce you to potential Employers and secure interviews for you. Then there's our Temporary Work service, where we place you into a work assignment quickly, so that you continue to earn money, perhaps whilst attending interviews for permanent positions. Our Permanent Employment Service: We will listen closely to your job expectations, and explore with you what your experience and qualifications might allow you to consider doing in your next career move. We will suggest potential local Employers or specific jobs that we feel might be of interest to you. Only when you have agreed with our selection will we begin to market your details to local Employers. Please note that we respect the need for confidentiality at all times, and will only reveal your identity to a potential Employer with your permission. At all stages of the recruitment process, you will be kept fully informed. Before you attend any interviews, we will give you an in-depth brief about the Company and the job role, and we will give you some useful hints and tips on interview techniques, and likely questions that may come your way. You will also receive other useful information, such as H & S Risk Assessments (where applicable) in connection with the job. Following interview(s), you will be given direct and open feedback on your performance. We will also ask you how you felt your interview went, and seek clarification for you on any questions you might still have. Very often the Employer will ask us to enquire with you if an intended offer of employment would be accepted, and when you could join their organisation. When you are ready to accept an offer of employment, we will give your new employer your personal details so a formal written offer can be made. Once you have started your new job, we will check that you are happy and have received the level of service from us that we want all Applicants to experience.
