Bridgewater Home Care is a provider of high quality private home care services. Our experience, knowledge and enthusiasm mean that we are able to offer our Clients a home care service of the highest standard. Bridgewater Home Care is a very different care company. We offer services such as companionship, local transportation, errands, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and personal care support. We provide a wide variety of quality services to help people live independently and improve their general wellbeing. Our services are flexible around the needs of each Client with many Clients having a range of different services to support them to meet their requirements. Why are we different? - We send the same Care worker to each visit - We introduce the Care workers to the Client - We arrive on time and leave on time – we are not ‘clock watchers’ - We match the Care worker and Client together – this way a relationship builds - We are there for the Client (not just the task) – providing person centred, tailor made care The objective of Bridgewater Home Care is to ensure that vulnerable adults have access to care that is based on their needs, treats them with respect, maximises their independence and helps them maintain their way of life for as long as possible. We provide a real alternative to the traditional social care services available, and our support fills the gap which exists for companionship-focussed, person centred care
