L&Q was founded in 1963 as a charitable housing association. We offer people the chance to buy or rent homes, and today L&Q has grown to be one of south east England’s leading residential developers. We combine a strong sense of social purpose with commercial drive to create homes and communities that people can be proud of. We recently merged with East Thames Ltd and our new combined organisation owns and manages over 90,000 homes across the UK and employs more than 2,500 staff. We have ambitious plans to deliver 100,000 homes over the next ten years. In order to accommodate this growth plan, we are always looking to recruit people who share our ambition and passion for what we do.
