VisionFR is run by people who have worked in Marketing and Creative in senior financial and commercial positions, all are ACA qualified. We are passionate about getting things right. We are energetic in our approach and we believe in ourselves! We pride ourselves on our face to face friendly approach with both candidates and clients, and the fact that we really do know what we are talking about. We understand first hand the issues faced by our clients and believe that we are able to better match candidates to the roles our clients are looking to fill.

We are more than just a recruitment agency we will help our Clients draw up the brief, work with them to look at the structure of the team, advise on systems help train staff and listen!

Candidates

We find Candidates at all levels.

On the finance side we source Non Execs, Commercial and Finance Directors, Qualified Group Financial Controllers and Financial Controllers. We also find our Clients transactional Team Members including Management Accountants, Billers, Cost Controllers, WIP Managers, Sales and Purchase Ledger Processors as well as Finance Assistants'. We are similraly experienced in sourcing HR talent from Director level through to junior advisors and assistants.

We really understand what candidates are looking for in their next role and we carefully match skill sets to Clients – we meet all of our candidates and endeavor to mentor them through the process, providing advice on CV look and content. We work with the best candidates in the sectors we work in.

We mainly work on permanent roles but do sometimes place Interim staff and part time Consultants who can working on an ad hoc or set time frame basis.
