College Health Ltd was founded in 2008, as a provider arm of working GPs of a large training Practice in Kent. Moving forward a decade, College Health and sister organizations cement the basis of an established and progressive primary healthcare provider now serving circa 80,000 patients across 8 APMS/GMS Contracts in Kent and Essex as well as the management (including finance) of 3 x Primary Care Networks. Our strong ethos is to provide high quality and cost-effective primary care service that offer good health outcomes.
