About Us

Triumph Consultants Ltd is a long established specialist supplier of temporary, contract, interim and permanent personnel to the public and private sectors. We work very differently from the majority of recruitment businesses; we do not endorse the use of “database mining” techniques and prefer instead to work on each role with fresh candidates. Each potential candidate is individually assessed on the basis of their skills and relevant experience. We believe it delivers consistently better results than more traditional methodologies. Our preferred means of working with our clients on temporary contract and interim placements is via vendor neutrals and other managed service providers. In general we work bilaterally where permanent recruitment is concerned. In general, the positions we supply to are within IR35 and our preferred method of paying our temporary and interim workers is by way of PAYE, given its complete transparency for all parties.
